I used to have a hard time doing my eyebrows and trying to make them look (more or less) even, and give it a better shape which would always take me forever to get a result that I wouldn't even be really satisfied with.
Well, you know the struggle. Anyway, that was before. Now, what used to be at the top of my beauty concern list is the last thing I need to worry about.

Do you sometimes look at your Instagram feed and find a close up of perfect brows and wonder how is that even possible? I used to ask myself this exact question several times a day for literally, years.
But don't worry hun, I finally got the answer & I'm so ready to share it with you.

Let's face it, we all love a perfect selfie. But what's better than looking good on pictures? Looking good in the real world is actually even more satisfying, right?
So aside the good angle, the right makeup, lighting and some skills in photo editing, your eyebrows are unlikely naturally gonna look the way you want them to. Even if they do look good, we girls, are never fully pleased with our own brows - we do love other's a lot though, don't we?
Anyway, I know how to fix all your brows problems with one simple solution and it calls microblading.

Before answering the questions you need to consider before jumping into microblading let me tell you how easier my (beauty) life is now.

First of all, the shape of my brows has improved. I naturally have thick and straight shape kind of brows and wanted to have a little bit more of a pronounced arch and yet wanted to keep my natural shape. So you can ameliorate your natural shape but I wouldn't get dramatic though as what's been naturally given to you is often what fits you best. I now wake up and fall asleep with completely thick and filled-in brows, yes that's right baby no meager brows. And the best part of all, I don't do anything else than brushing my eyebrows hair while doing my make up, because I don't need to and that is such a time-saving.

I'll answer all the questions I asked myself before taking the plunge. But if you feel stressed over it don't hesitate to talk to a microblading artist.

So what exactly is microblading?
Don't freak out, but it's pretty much a tattoo on your face. But - unfortunately, you'll see - it eventually will fade.

Does it hurt?
Well, I'd be lying if I said just no, but it's plainly bearable. And the microblading artist will use a numbing cream prior the session.

How long does the session take?
About 2 hours. The microblading itself takes about 45 minutes, 1 hour but a preparation is needed (choose the color, wait for the cream to work, draw the shape e.g.).

How long does the microblading last?
12 to 18 months.

How to chose the right color?
I just trusted my microblading artist and it was perfect but I've read that they can choose it with you and try some in the area near your brows to get a preview.

Just some tips
I feel like, I have to warn you that it weirdly makes a lot of noise, but don't worry it's normal!
I too was freaking out before the appointment about the color. I was really worried it'll be too dark but just go to a good and recognized artist that you can trust. Last thing, it'll be darker right after the session, until it peels a couple days later - I personally barely peeled - and you'll be able to see the final result. You might need to go for a touch up 2 weeks later and then you're good for a year or two. How cool is this?
