VEGAN LIFESTYLE

People often believe that a vegan is someone restricting his diet by not consuming meat, dairy products, eggs, and any product derived from animals. But this is only part of veganism.
A vegan is someone that values life and don't believe that it should be used for the comfort and benefit of other living beings.

Veganism is an entire lifestyle and a fully-fledged way to think and live - healthily and compassionately.

Food

A plant-based diet can and should be full of a wide variety of food - veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds, and grains.
Vegan foods can meet all your nutritional needs as long as you incorporate the right nutrients into your daily meals.

Going plant-based reduce the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol, inflammation, cancer, and help regulate blood pressure. But also, increase energy and boost the immune system.

Style
Fashion & Décor

Vegans don’t wear leather, suede, fur, silk, or wool. Fashion, décor, and style must be ethical (animal-free).
With gorgeous and diverse alternatives to leather, suede, fur, wool, pearls, and silk available nowadays why choosing unethical and harmful ones?

Produtcs
Beauty & Household

Vegans usually privilege natural, and even homemade products, but more than anything else, everything must be cruelty-free.

At this moment, over 100 millions of animals are imprisoned in laboratories where they are abused, starved, tortured, poisoned and killed every year for animal testing even though many alternatives have been found to avoid and stop this cruel practice, a lot of brands are still inflicting severe pain on thousands of animals daily. Vegans fight and boycott those inhumane and heartless companies.

Animal rights

We believe that each life matters and should be afforded consideration.

Like us, animals feel, got emotions, and don't deserve being chased in the wild, kidnapped, sold, taken away from their families, being imprisoned in tiny cages and left there for the rest oftheir lives for humans entertainment.
Real vegans spurn and fight zoos, circuses and any other amusements where animals are or might be used and mistreated.

Why turning vegan?

There are so many reasons to go vegan, and here is the top 5.

The natural human diet is a plant-based diet

Humans lack both the physical characteristics (nails, stomach acidity, intestine length, jaws, teeth, the list goes on), and the instinct that drives them to kill animals and devour their raw carcasses. And more than this, human kind is not a scavenger and yet most of the people feed on dead (for days, and even months) animals.

show compassion and kindness

There's really nothing humane about mistreating innocent, abusing somebody or taking someone else's life. This doesn't just go for meat, all the industries that use animals for human profits are terrible and barbaric.

terminate meat industry could help end world hunger

It takes tons of crops and water to raise farmed animals. To produce 1 kilo of animal flesh, it takes over 12 kilos of grains. What about using this food to feed people instead?

live longer and healthier

It's been proven multiple times that vegans live longer and are less likely to develop cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

animal products are full of bacterias and else

Every time you eat meat, eggs or dairy products, you ingest bacteria, antibiotics, hormones, dioxins and a bunch of other toxins that can cause significant problems in human health. In some of the most "developed" zones such as the U.S. or Europe, a very high percentage of people are contaminated with E.coli, campylobacter, listeria or other dangerous bacteria that live in the intestines, and flesh of animals and survive in human bodies, every year.  Animals are treated for this with antibiotics and hormones (in addition to their natural hormones) that can cause cancer development.
