Prep. 10 min - Rest. 2 hours | Total. 2 hours, 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Fruits
1 Mango
3 Passion Fruits

Others
3 cups Water
3 bags Green Tea
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Crushed Iced
Bunch of Mint Leaves for garnish, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up the water to 85°C (185°F).
When the hot water is ready, pour into a big glass jar, add the bags of green tea, and the maple syrup.
Mix the tea with a wooden spatula and let it chill for three minutes, before removing the tea bags. Cover and chill in the fridge.
In the meantime, cut the whole mango into big chunks and scoop the passion fruits into a blender, and process until smooth (if the passion fruits seeds are still whole don’t worry, we’ll drain them out anyway).
Drained the mixture so the seeds are left out, and pour into the tea jar. Mix to combine.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Add the crushed ice, and serve.
You can garnish with some fresh mint leaves.
Enjoy!
