Ingredients
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3/4 cup sugar (I use coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 flax eggs
Sara, from Gathering Dreams coats the cookies with icing sugar, and it is delicious. But you can coat the cookies with shredded coconut or roughly ground hazelnut for a healthier version.
